Refund policy
At Egypt Bazaars, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. From the day you receive your item, you have a full month to initiate a return if needed.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the pristine condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at ahmed@egyptbazaars.com. Our returns are processed at: 3 Ahmed Fareed El Hakeem, El Mahata St, Flat 1, Giza, 12514, Egypt.
Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If there's an issue with a defective item, or if you've received the wrong item, get in touch immediately so we can assess the situation and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on certain types of items, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges To exchange an item, please return the original item using our standard return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in line with our return policy.
Refunds We'll inform you once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Fees Please be aware that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
